When are the check-in and check-out times?

A

Check-in: 3:00 PM, Check-out: 10:00 AM
Guests with stay plans that include dinner are asked to please check in no later than 7:00 PM.
Please let us know in advance if you plan to arrive later than 7:00 PM.
If you do not give prior notice, we may be unable to provide dinner for you.

What amenities are in the guestrooms?

A

Each guestroom is furnished with bath towels, face towels, yukata, slippers, toothbrush sets, shaving razors, hairbrushes, cotton pads, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, facial lotion, emulsion, cleansing facewash, hair tonic, and deodorant spray.

What are the guestrooms equipped with?

A

Each guestroom is equipped with a TV, telephone (in-house calls only), safe, refrigerator, hair dryer, electric kettle, and humidifier.

Is smoking allowed in my room?

A

All guestrooms are non-smoking, which also includes electronic cigarettes.
If you would like to smoke, please use the designated smoking areas on 2F and 3F.

Is there a curfew?

A

The automatic door at the entrance is locked after 11:00PM.
If you wish to enter or leave the building after 11:00PM, please open the door using your card key.
Guests who have not yet checked in should please contact the Front Desk using the intercom.

May I bring beverages into my room?

A

In general, we ask that you do not bring beverages into your room.
However, if it is not a large amount, we do not consider it a problem.
Additionally, all guestrooms are furnished with complimentary mineral water.

Is there internet access at the hotel?

A

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, including guestrooms and the lobby.
Please feel free to use it with your smartphone, tablet, or laptop computer.
There is also a desktop computer available for overnight guests to use in the Lobby on the 2nd floor.

Is it possible to come only for meals?

A

We accept advance reservations for meals such as lunches and banquets.

Can I request changes to my meal to accommodate allergies?

A

While it depends on the type of allergy, we will make every effort to accommodate your requests.
(We may not be able to accommodate some requests depending on the content.)
* Please note that due to procurement issues, requests made on the day of the meal cannot be accommodated. Please make any requests at least five days in advance.

My reservation is for two rooms. Can we eat our meals together?

A

Both dinner and breakfast are served in the dining room, so you may have your meals together.
Please note that if you have chosen to have your meals in a deluxe guestroom, the number of meals for each room will be prepared according to the number of people.

What is the latest start time for dinner and the earliest start time for breakfast?

A

The latest start time for dinner is 7:30 PM.
Please note that if you check in later than that time, we may be unable to provide dinner for you.
The earliest start time for breakfast is 7:00 AM.

Are meals served in the rooms?

A

With the exception of in-room meal plans on the deluxe floor, meals are served in the dining room.

I will be arriving by car. Where should I park?

A

We have no parking facilities available on-site.
If coming by car, we will provide information about nearby parking facilities. Please contact the Front Desk.
* Parking fees are the responsibility of the guest and to be paid at the parking facility.

What is the closest station and bus stop?

A

* 2-minute walk from Kyoto City Subway Tozai Line Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae Station
From Kyoto Station, take the Subway Karasuma Line bound for Kokusaikaikan Station.
Get off at the third station, Karasuma Oike Station, and transfer to the Tozai Line bound for Rokujizo Station.
One station later, you will arrive at Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae Station. (Travel time: approx. 15 min. Fare: 260 yen)

* 3-minute walk from Kawaramachi Sanjo Bus Stop

Bath facilities are available for use by overnight guests only.

A

With the exception of assistance dogs (guide dogs, service dogs, hearing dogs), we are sorry to say that pets are not allowed.

Is the building barrier-free?

A

The interior of the building features universal design construction that minimizes differences in floor height.
There is one accessible guestroom available, and on the 2nd floor is a barrier-free toilet.
We also have one wheelchair available for use by our guests.

Are there yukata and slippers available in children’s sizes?

A

Children’s yukata come in two sizes: Small (85-100 cm tall) and Large (120-140 cm tall).
22cm-size children’s slippers are also available.
